A highly valued repeat client, we have been working with Downe House School for a number of years to enable their rolling programme of building refitting and renovation.

To ensure their facilities remain in amongst the top independent boarding Schools in the world, the School spends a significant amount of its budget each year on upgrading their building stock, keeping it looking fresh, modern and comfortable for their inhabitants. Furthermore, due to their fluctuating numbers of boarding pupils and resident staff, we are often involved in finding additional beds and staff flat accommodation which involves careful reorganisation of space.

Construction programmes are limited to summer recesses in order not to impact on the provision of facilities, teaching space and pupil security so we work extremely hard to start and complete works within an 8 week period of operation and have successfully achieved this on every project to date.

Having developed a stock catalogue of materials, fixtures and fittings with the School and other retained consultants, we are now well versed in producing limited and cost-effective levels of construction information for trusted local Contractors to follow.
