New Build Private House
The Watch Lane project is a new country house that combines traditional materials with contemporary design, creating a unique and inviting space. The light-filled interiors and vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of openness, especially with the double-height spaces.
The sunken aspect on one side represented an interesting architectural challenge, which resulted in blending the house into the landscape. The ornate chimney and brick details bring a touch of charm and character, tying the contemporary design back to the traditional architecture of the surrounding landscape.
With sweeping views across the countryside, the main living area is situated to take advantage of its rural location. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining are perfect for entertaining and family gatherings, while the three bedrooms provide comfort and privacy.
